Dear Giuseppe,

Now that we are back at our home after visiting Sicily, we want to write to you to thank you for your generous hospitality.

We feel that you went above and beyond what we expected from you to make amends for the problems with no hot water. We understood what must have happened and regretted it, as you must have.

Piazza Armerina appeared to be a lovely place and if we return to visit Sicily, we will definitely make a point to stop to visit again.

Your mother was very cordial, and although we have a barrier with language, please know you did everything to make us feel good about your bed and breakfast, and Sicily.
