Tolle Unterkunft mit einem wirklich ausgezeichnetem Frühstück mit frischen Früchten, Saft, Joghurt, "home-made" Brot und Marmelade, Croissants und leckeren Kaffee. Guiseppe seine Mama und das "Frühstücks-Mädchen" haben sich immer sehr um uns bemüht und die Stimmung am, für die Gäste gemeinsam gedeckten Tisch, war immer sehr unterhaltsam. Die nahe Autostraße stört zwar optisch, aber die Freundlichkeit der Besitzer und das nette Haus machen das alles leicht wieder wett. Schöne Grüße aus Österreich senden Euch

Töff-Ferien in Sizilien (23. und 24. Juni 2007 in Piazza Armerina)

Lieber Giuseppe, liebe Mamma Maria

Wir haben bei Euch zwei wunderschöne Tage verbracht. Trotz grosser Hitze war es im wunderschönen Zimmer auch ohne Klimaanlage angenehm kühl.

Die Betreuung und das reichhaltige Morgenessen gehörten zum Besten was wir in Sizilien erlebt haben. Das gepflegte Appartement liegt in einer ruhigen und landschaftlich reizvollen Umgebung mit Blick auf die Altstadt.

Wir können es allen wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

The best B&B we were in Sicily, and curiosly, the cheapest one. In the middle of the countryside, but very close to Piazza Armerina-Villa Romana del Casale. Parking, room with TV (no air condition), very good bathroom and an unbeatable breakfast. Very nice people, trying to make your stay very comfortable. No doubt, we would repeat there.

Jacques ed io siamo stati molti occupati dopo il nostro ritorno in Canadà ma spero non sia troppo tardi per ringraziarvi per la magnifica accoglienza nello scorso maggio, durante l'ultima sosta delle nostre vacanze in Sicilia. La squisita ed abbondante colazione offerta da mamma Maria fu un vero festino e concluse gradevolmente la nostra avventura siciliana, che fu positiva sotto tutti gli aspetti.

E poi siete poi così vicini alla Villa Romana, che ci ha affascinato...

At first look the place might seem far from the city but actually it is nit - we had a walk from the city to La Casa Negli Orti about 15-20 minutes. We had a very pleasant stay at La Casa Negli Orti. Very tidy and comfortable accommodation. The family who is running the place is especially generous. We received all the hospitality one can have.

Cosa dire, la nostra splendida vacanza in Sicilia è stata arricchita dalla conoscenza di Giuseppe e della sua incantevole residenza "negli orti".

Giucalem è uno di quei posti (pochi per la verità) in cui riesci subito a sentirti in famiglia. Sono molte le strutture che si "fregiano" della sigla B&B senza

averne le giuste caratteristiche e soprattutto senza averne l'anima, quella che ti fa sentire uno di casa, che ti invoglia a restare a lungo o che comunque ti spinge a tornare presto.

La struttura è molto accogliente e realizzata con gusto, niente sembra essere lasciato al caso.

La colazione è fresca ed abbondante esaltata dalle gustose preparazioni della casa. Abbiamo trovato molto "vero" (riprendendo quanto già detto a proposito dell'anima...) il ritrovarsi la mattina tutti insieme intorno alla stessa tavola, un'opportunità unica per condividere non solo la colazione in se ma anche e soprattutto le sensazioni, le esperienze di viaggio e perché no fare due chiacchiere tutti insieme.

Voto finale: si dice che il 10 non si dà nemmeno alla mamma, allore facciamo un bel 9,5 con lode....

Chaleureux accueil, chambre, propre calme et confortable. Le BB est au pied de Piazza Amerina et qq km de villa Casale. Gargantuesque petit déjeuner dans une ambiance toute familiale. Nous regrettons de n''avoir pu y rester qu''une seule nuit.

thank you again for the wonderful stay. We were very pleased to find
your B&B, it was the only nice place in the whole area. We looked at
several other, one close to the mosaics, but your place was the only
decent place to stay. We enjoyed the beautiful room, the lovely spot
and the wonderful breakfast. And most of all we liked your stories
about the mediaeval games in town and your photo's of the event, with
you as the King. Must be wonderful to be there when this spectacle goes
on!

Landlord was very committed to provide us with a good service, as he took the trouble to guide us to his countryside farmhouse. We had a seperate clean and brandnew room, with big bathroom and heating, right next to the main house. Beautiful view on the valley and up to the medieval town with the farmhouse blending nicely into this romantic setting. The breakfast exceeded by far what we typically were offered in Sicily, with delicious freshly homemade olive and tomatoe bread. Molto grazie, definite recommendation for a stop over in the hilly countryside of interior Silicy.
